UK Postage

Postage within the UK (including Isle of Man & Channel Isles) is via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For, a 2-3 day service, or myHermes, with a delivery aim of within 3 days. Larger parcels will be sent by Parcelforce48 or myHermes. UK delivery is free on all orders over £15.

Collect in Person

​UK customers within a 15 mile radius of our address (HX2) can collect their order by prior arrangement. ​(the radius is set by default, if you don't mind travelling further to collect, contact us)


International Shipping

We now ship Worldwide via Royal Mail International Signed service (parcels up to 2kg only)

​If your country is not on our system, or if an order weighs over 2kg, please contact us for a quote and we'll find the best price for you.


Items in stock will be posted within 3 working days of receiving the order, usually next working day. Cut-off time for same day dispatch is 3pm.

Any delays will be notified by email.


Refund policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 21 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 21 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

- Product is defective
- Product is not as described
- Product must be in original packaging

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Shipping items

In order to return an order, you must contact us first.

Returns can be mailed to: 4a Brearley Lane Top, Luddendenfoot, Halifax West Yorkshire HX2 6HT. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will refund the shipping costs upon receiving the items.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found to us be used beyond what it takes for you to reasonably inspect it or damaged, then we may reject a refund.
